Welcome to Alison Clare Studio. These Terms & Conditions explain how purchases, payments, deliveries, pre-orders and returns work when ordering through alisonclarestudio.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. About our products

Alison Clare Studio sells independently created, hand-illustrated colouring books, colouring sets and related stationery products.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur between website photographs and printed products.

2. Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is required when placing an order, including pre-orders.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If payment has already been taken, a refund will be arranged.

4. Pre-orders

Some colouring books and sets may be offered for pre-order before physical stock is available.

Pre-order product listings will clearly identify the product as a pre-order and provide an estimated dispatch date or delivery timeframe.

Payment is collected when the pre-order is placed.

Our usual aim is to dispatch pre-orders within approximately two weeks after the advertised pre-order closing date, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

These dates are estimates, and we will contact customers if a delay is expected. If we cannot deliver within the agreed timeframe, customers will retain their applicable legal rights, including cancellation and refund rights.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Statutory cancellation rights also apply to eligible products after delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales will be displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch in-stock products promptly, subject to the dispatch information shown on the website.

Pre-order products will be dispatched according to the timeframe stated on their product listing.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the product page or checkout will explain whether items will be dispatched together or separately.

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.

6. Returns and cancellations

For most physical products purchased online, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.

Customers must notify us within this period and return the goods within a further 14 days.

These cancellation rights are separate from your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

7. Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@alisonclarestudio.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

All original illustrations, artwork, designs, branding and other creative content produced by Alison Clare Studio remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a colouring book does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, redistribute or commercially exploit its illustrations.

Customers are welcome to colour and enjoy their purchased books for personal use.

9. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices and availability accurate.

We may update our website, product range and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your purchase will be those provided when you place your order.
