Returns & Refunds Policy

At Alison Clare Studio, every colouring book is created with care, and I hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
Changed your mind?
If you’ve purchased a physical product from our website, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to let us know you’d like to cancel and return it.
Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to send your item back.
Please email hello@alisonclarestudio.com with your order number to arrange a return.
You are welcome to inspect your purchase as you would in a shop. However, if an item has been coloured in, used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from your refund to reflect any reduction in its value.
Return postage
If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return postage costs.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@alisonclarestudio.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the problem.
We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate refund or replacement, including return postage where applicable.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, or you provide evidence that you’ve sent it back, we’ll process any refund due within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
For eligible cancellations, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is non-refundable.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you need to cancel an order before it’s dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@alisonclarestudio.com.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll arrange a cancellation and refund.
